New York born Robert Funaro is best known for his recurring character, “Eugene Pontecorvo” in the acclaimed HBO TV series THE SOPRANOS. His film credits include : THE IRISHMAN, directed by Martin Scorsese, NOT FADE AWAY, directed by David Chase, and AMERICAN GANGSTER with Ridley Scott. His latest TV credit is the series, THE SINNER, portraying Jessica Alba’s father, along with the HBO series VINYL where he recurred as Tony Del Greco, directed by Martin Scorcese.  Recent Off Broadway credits include HOW ALFO LEARNED TO LOVE at 59E 59 St. and THE MILKMAN’s SISTER at 13th St. Rep. He has guest starred in BLUE BLOODS, UNFORGETTABLE, WHITE COLLAR, LAW & ORDER SVU, and CRIMINAL INTENT.
