Primetime Emmy Award winner (Picket Fences) Mark B. Perry graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a journalism degree in radio/television/film. He was Executive Producer of Heartbeat (2016), Revenge (2013), Ghost Whisperer (2010), Brothers and Sisters (2008) One Tree Hill (2003), and supervising producer of the TV series Law & Order (1990) for which he was Nominated for a Primetime Emmy Moon Over Miami (1993) and Picket Fences (1992). He was also Executive Producer of the TV series Party of Five (1994), Push (1998), Time of Your Life (1999), Pasadena (2001), and First Years (2001).  For The Wonder Years (1989) was the Executive Story Editor, Producer and Writer.
